Strain Description
1. 
Top priority novel gene in IMPC list and has potential affected in Cardiovascular, Neurobiology Research and Reproductive Biology.
2.  .The targeting construct was electroporated into C57BL/6N embryonic stem (ES) cells.
3.  Construct strategy is similar as knockout-first, promoter-driven in KOMP   (https://www.komp.org/alleles.php), but the exons from ENSMUSE00001251037toENSMUSE00001246353were replaced with frt-flanked LacZ reporter and Neomycin resistant gene and LoxP-flanked cDNA of Grhl2.
4.  Mice homozygous for this mutation may occur embryonic lethality.
