Trp53 mutation in this strain is generated by CRISPR/CAS9 technique and microinjection with embryos derived from strain B6.129-Cdk12tm1Fm j/Narl (RMRC13312)
2.  Deletion of Exon 3 to Exon 10 in Trp53 occurs in this strain
3.  Homozygous mutants often develop tumors (lymphomas and sarcomas) since three to six months of age.
4.  The breeding scheme used in this strain is homozygous mutant (Cdk12fl/flTrp53-/-) x homozygous mutant (Cdk12fl/flTrp53-/-).
