1.  This strain was generated by cross of a Tg mouse carrying transgene CCL2-flEGFP-TK with a CAGGS-cre mouse. A single loxP site remains in transgene, located between human 540bp CCL2 promoter and TK gene cDNA. cDNA of TK gene is derived from herpes simplex virus typeⅠthymidine kinase.
