1.  Top priority novel gene in IMPC list and has potential affected in neurobiology Research.
2.  The targeting construct was electroporated into C57BL/6N embryonic stem (ES) cells.
3.  LacZreporter and a frt-flanked neomycin resistant gene were inserted into intron 3, and exons from ENSMUSE00000220555 to ENSMUSE00000497415
are loxP-flanked.
4.  Neonates homozygous for this allele are smaller size compared to wild type and die around 10 days of the age.
