Strain Description 1.The spatial expression pattern of Luzp in heterozygotes is is mapped to Cortex, hippocampus, septum, striatum, and cerebellum etc.
2.The viability of heterozygote is good without problems in
survive and growing up of neonate
3.The spatial expression pattern of mLUZP in homozygote is mapped to Cortex, hippocampus, septum, striatum, and cerebellum etc.
4. Homozygote has some phenotypes as follows,
(a) Perinatal lethal,
(b) Neural tube closure defect, results in exencephaly, or malformed forebrain results in non-excencephaly.  
(c) Midline crossing defects observed in the major forebrain commissures, i.e., corpus callosum and anterior commissure, and optic nerve.
(d)Cardiovascular defects (transposition of great arteries, double outlet of right ventricle, and ventricular septal defect. or, cleft palate, or omphalocele
