1. 
This strain carried CRISPR/Cas9-generated 2 nucleotides replaced in exon11, resulted in the 511th amino acid changed to Lysine from Glutamic acid. Guide RNA and Cas9 endonuclease were introduced into the 129-derived fertilized eggs with well recognized pronuclei. The offspring was backcross to C57BL/6JNarl strain for two generations.
